The house

A family home on the reef

Javier Xacur, “Chanok” to everyone, came to Tulum when this land was untouched jungle facing the reef, and built a house here to welcome whoever arrived. Tulum has changed a lot since then; the spirit of the house has not: welcoming every guest as one of the family.

Today there are bright suites, a Mexican Caribbean restaurant and power from the sun. You wake up facing the sea, have breakfast with your feet near the sand and end the day with dinner under the stars.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 noon. The front desk is open 24 hours.

Yes, free private parking for all guests.

03Is the beach in front of the hotel?

Yes. The hotel is beachfront and the ground-floor suites open straight onto the sand.

04Can I travel with a baby?

Yes. Suites have a crib on request; let us know when you book.
